Retain the maker, full model and suffix
Record the nameplate wording rather than shortening it. Weir's official 2011 history of SPM names QWS 2500 as a frack pump and TWS 600S as a cement pump. That historical distinction does not establish current specifications, but it shows why TWS600 and TWS600S should not be treated as equivalent without confirmation. Do not derive a pressure, power rating or shared part from the model digits.
Identify the installed fluid end separately
Record the installed fluid-end identification on a separate line in the inquiry. Note whether it comes from a nameplate, an assembly drawing or an earlier maintenance record. Keep an equipment photograph with that entry and label the attachments. If two documents show different revisions, include both and ask which one applies before selecting a replacement item.
Read the catalog model reference carefully
Our TWS600 catalog page labels its parts reference TWS600S and asks buyers to confirm the complete model and suffix. The QWS2500 page also has a parts reference. The QWS2250 page requests information for parts matching. Use these as inquiry starting points, with your equipment documents providing the configuration evidence.
Name the assembly and the exact requested item
Group the request by the area of the pump shown in your equipment records: power end, fluid end, sealing parts or valve components. Give each requested item its own description and quantity. Keep the original number beside the description and mark the component on the attached drawing. This creates a record that a buyer and supplier can review together without shortening several different items to one general model name.
Prepare one identification sheet for the quotation
Collect the maker, complete model, serial number, installed fluid-end identification, drawing revision, exact part number, required quantity and delivery destination. Attach legible nameplate and component photos; mark missing details as unconfirmed. Browse fracturing pump parts for the relevant catalog route, then send the sheet through our quotation contact page. Ask for confirmation against that record before ordering, rather than assuming interchangeability between TWS600, QWS2250 and QWS2500 parts.
